One touch switching

Check you can move from your current supplier

As you have a supplier you’ll need to check if there are fees to leave using the form below

What’s One Touch Switching?

As part of the regulator Ofcom’s rules on One Touch Switching, if you are switching providers we will handle the switch process so you don’t need to contact your current provider, at this stage you’re not committing to move, you’re just finding out if there are any fees to leave your current supplier.

To help you understand what’s involved, your current provider will send a switching implications letter (usually by email), that explains any final steps or remaining responsibilities you might have with them before completing the switch.

You should then recieve your switching implications letter from your current provider which you can review and make the decision to switch and continue with your order.
