If there's an issue, we'll tell you about it here Operational ### Incident on OFNL Network   We are aware of a major OFNL network incident causing disruption to all services in EH11 and EH17 reported on 11/09/2026 at 9:30am. We believe this issue has now been resolved, so if you are still experiencing issues with your internet, please: 1\. Turn off your router, wait at least 2 minutes, and then turn it back on. 2\. If your internet remains offline, turn off your modem, wait at least 2 minutes, and then turn it back on.
