All call charges are per minute, unless otherwise stated in the rate card.
Are UK landlines and mobiles charged differently?
No, UK landlines and UK mobiles are charged at the same rate of £0.10 per minute.
Do 03 numbers cost the same as 01 and 02 numbers?
Some 03 numbers such as 0300, 0345 and 0370 are charged at £0.10 per minute. Premium rate 03 number such as 0344 and 0371 are charged at the access charge plus rate of the company you call.
Do premium numbers cost more?
Most premium or service numbers cost more, and an access charge may apply depending on the number type.
