Yes, if your address supports full fibre. The availability checker will confirm this. 

Will I need an engineer visit?

Most full fibre installations require an engineer appointment if you don't already have a modem/ONT installed. We arrange this and keep you informed throughout. 

Is this suitable for working from home?

Yes. Full fibre provides stable speeds and better reliability, ideal for video calls and remote work. 

How long does installation take?

Typically, most installations are done within 1-2 weeks. Timescales vary depending on availability and engineer scheduling. Once we confirm your address, we will provide the next available installation dates. 

Do I need to contact my current provider?

No. Once you place your order, we handle the switch for you using Ofcom’s One Touch Switch process. We contact your existing provider, manage the switch and confirm your changeover date. 

Will switching cause downtime?

In most cases, switching is smooth with minimal disruption. If anything is expected to affect your service, we’ll tell you in advance.
